Here is my list of goals that I want to accomplish in my weight loss.

Mar 31st 204lbs
April 30th 196lbs
May 31st 188lbs
June 30th 180lbs
July 31st 172lbs
Aug 31st 164lbs
Sept 30th 156lbs
Oct 31st 148lbs
Nov 30th 140lbs


Others;
Go a mile in under 15 minutes on the treadmill
Completed in December 2011. 1 mile in 14:15 minutes.
