Today I went to do a little grocery shopping before work. I think I choose wisely. Don't you think?
The english muffins are 100 calories but have so much fiber and not much sugar at all. The veggies are of course good as are the bananas. I got the mayo with olive oil! I love olive oil. The dole iceberg lettuce is not good or bad really. I know it does not have any nutrients but it was $.99. The 100% whole grain will be good for my sandwich today. (Ugh I just remembered I forgot pickles) The tomato is for lunch as well. Then we come to the peanut butter. I choose an all natural one. The kind that the oil goes to the top. I am unsure how I feel about this. I had it for breakfast and you can sure tell they did not add any sugar. You would think the sugar from the banana would adjust that but it did not really. But I will get used to it. I'm just used to the bad stuff right now.
So healthy choices all around.
