Mexican Tacos

Hubby and I made these last night. Everyone loves them so I want to share the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Steak Eze Sirloin Philly Steaks
  • Diced Onions
  • Diced Bell Pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Cumin powder
  • Garlic Salt
  • Olive Oil

Directions:
Cook the Steak Eze according to directions. While cooking add about 1 tbs of chopped garlic,  a handful of Cumin powder, and 1 tsp of garlic salt. (I did this 3 separate times to make enough meat for our meal. I was able to cook 4 pieces of Steak at a time)
Once its cooked set aside. Pour some olive oil into a pan (about 1.5 tbs) and add the bell peppers and onions. Cook for about two minutes. You do not want them to soft. Then add in the cilantro (how ever much you like) and cook until it looks soft and wet.
Warm up your tortillas. To serve place a tortilla on a plate, add the meat and then the veggie mixture. Then take a lime and squeeze some juice on your taco.
We both felt like it was missing something. Maybe some hot sauce or something to make it spicy. You could always have added a jalapeno pepper to the veggie mix.
